Kelsey is a certified Barre, Reformer, and Mat Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in movement, shaped by professional dance training at The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. Drawing on her diverse movement background, Kelsey blends dynamic sequences with mindful technique to help clients build confidence, strength, and resilience. Jamie
Jamie is a certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor with years of teaching experience.
