Flownova is a beautiful studio with high quality Align Pilates reformer beds. Great variety of classes available including beginners, intermediate, Jumpboard and Barre. Kelsey is very warm and friendly, she puts everyone at ease and takes her time explaining the class. Kelsey has created a great community where everyone feels welcome whether it’s your first class or your 50th! I am very excited to try the new Disco reformer and Barre fusion class on a Friday is a lot of fun. The studio has free parking and is just a short walk from the golden square car park. There are toilets and changing facilities in the building also. Grip socks can be bought in class, all other equipment for the class is provided.

I highly recommend Flow Nova! Kelsey is an incredible, attentive instructor who keeps classes safe, challenging, and fun. Also love their unique light classes and of course their parties! The studio is gorgeous and has the perfect vibe. I am always excited to go back!

Huge thanks to Kelsey and Team at FlowNova studios for meticulous care and friendly support during my beginners class series. It’s daunting to return to exercise after a significant break, and carrying an injury, but the small class sizes (max 7) and depth of knowledge of the instructors has made it a great experience.
