What class should I book onto?
We recommend starting with our Nova Origins: Beginners Class if you’re new to Reformer Pilates. Our class descriptions will help you choose the right fit based on your experience and goals, ensuring you progress safely and effectively.
Do I need experience to join?
Not at all! We welcome all levels. Our instructors offer modifications and guidance throughout each class so you can move at your own pace.

Yes! We offer flexible pricing including introductory offers, pay-as-you-go, class packs, and memberships.
Visit our pricing page for full details.
Is there an age limit for classes?
Participants must be 16 or over. If you’re under 18, you will need to attend each class with a responsible adult and have had your PAR-Q signed by a parent/guardian.
Can I attend classes if I have an injury?
Please notify your instructor of any injuries before the class begins. We also ask that you complete the PAR-Q in Gymcatch before your first class to ensure we’re aware of any health concerns and can support you appropriately.
Our instructors are not clinically trained so please ensure a clinician has given you sign off to exercise if you are coming back from a serious injury, operation, or have an ongoing health condition.
Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?
Reformer Pilates is a great way to move during your pregnancy! Our Nova Horizons: Pre/Postnatal Class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Please ensure you have spoken to your GP before attending.
If you cannot attend our Pre/Postnatal class, please contact us so we can discuss which class options may be best for you.
Can I attend classes if I’m postnatal?
Once your GP has given you full clearance. A minimum of 6 weeks for a natural birth and 12 weeks post C-section. We would recommend joining our Nova Horizons: Pre/Postnatal Class and modifications will be offered by your instructor.
If you cannot attend our Pre/Postnatal class, please contact us so we can discuss which class options may be best for you.
